BA (Hons) in Psychology, MA in Addiction, MSc in Psychotherapy

I am an IACP-accredited psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) in Psychology, an MA in Addiction, and an MSc in Psychotherapy. I have experience supporting clients through both crisis situations and everyday challenges, helping them navigate immediate distress as well as ongoing emotional and relational difficulties.

My therapeuticc approach is person-centred, based on the belief that change happens through empathy, safety, and genuine connection. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor my approach to each client’s individual needs.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients across the lifespan. I have a particular interest in attachment, relationships, and how early experiences influence the way we relate to ourselves and others. My aim as your therapist is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood, never judged and able to make positive changes in your life.
