Patricia is a fully qualified, accredited and insured child and adolescent psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience working in both Ireland and Romania. She is a member of the psychoanalytic section of the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (IFCAPP) and adheres to their code of ethics.
Holding an MSc in Psychotherapy from the School of Medicine at Trinity College, Patricia has an extensive understanding of mental health services and has recently worked at Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health. She is also nearing the completion of advanced training with the Irish Institute for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and currently sees a small number of adult clients for long-term psychotherapy at a reduced fee.
Patricia’s approach to therapy is rooted in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, which goes beyond symptom relief to foster deep, lasting personal transformation. She works with clients navigating a range of different issues like depression, anxiety, grief, perfectionism, eating issues, relationship challenges. Patricia has a special interest in infant mental health and how our early experiences shape adult life.
