Cristina is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist fully accredited with APPI – Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy of Ireland and the Irish Council of Psychotherapy – ICP.

Cristina completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of La Sapienza of Rome, in 2006 and moved to Ireland in the same year, where she then continued her studies with a Master’s degree in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in which she specialised and continued to work psychoanalytically in her private
practice since 2010.

In addition to her private practice in Leeson Analytic Centre, Cristina also works in Saint John of God Hospital as Senior Addiction Counsellor, part of a multidisciplinary team of 28-day addiction programme for alcohol, substance use and process addiction.
